Do you offer FREE ESTIMATES for a New System?
Yes, we will send One of the John Hoptons over to help you make that decision and to analyze your system and calculate the savings in time and money if you were to decide to replace it.
Does it really matter what brand of system I decide to install?
No, The only real difference to look for is what kind of warranty the manufacturer is offering.
What is SEER Rating?
SEER Stands for Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating. It rates how much electricity the system uses. Its like Miles per gallon.
How long do you warranty your labor on an install?
We offer up to 10 years warranty for labor on a new installation.
What types of Air Filtration Systems do you install?
We usually put in Electronic Air Filtration Systems into the Central Heating and Air Conditioning Systems we install. They do a much better job at keeping the system and the air cleaner, which translates into longer life of the system and higher efficiency.
Do you offer Maintenance Programs?
Yes, we do Air Conditioning Maintenance Programs for Commercial Buildings, Restaurants as well as Residents.
How often should I have my system checked and maintained?
We usually perform Preventative Maintenance twice a year; before winter and before summer.
